Vauban's bounce needs to go, but their is a better alternative.

Leave bounce as is, and make the bounce slot a drop down like ivara's arrows. Give it other things, like a speed buff tile, a slow down tile, a turret that throws cc, etc etc. This is an idea that many have been talking about and I think it's great.

Oh, and make vortex and bastille have some separate effects, Right now it's better to just throw bastille.

It needs some rework. Making it send enemies flying and taking impact damagr might work. Right now it's just a trolling power.

Or make Bounce twice as energy efficient. Like 25 energy for each pad.

The Excalibur equivalent, Super Jump, was replaced with a more efficient Parkour 2.0 for everyone to use, making Bounce relatively useless but only to non-Parkour people, like the Corpus.
