Game freezing since last patch?

Not sure what happened, I didn't change/install/move anything on my pc. But the game again started to freeze during end of mission. Have to alt+f4 and when I get back, no rewards (playing solo today).

I wonder if anyone experience the same thing maybe?
Surprisingly when I think about freezing I only had network/host related issues and freezes for the last few weeks, no issues like this for quiet a while.
I'm wondering what changed in the code (with the last patch) so this issue came back so drastically

So far today:

+1 OS freeze with a light blue screen (keyboard was still responsive, however I couldn't get back to windows either so I had to reset machine)

+2 (or 3, cant remember exactly) mission end freeze where I had to alt+f4 out from the game (solo survival games on saturn, camera, all games I've played around 30-40mins).
