Revel72
What other countries has work free day [In most of line of work] at First of May? [What we Finnish people call Vappu] This time it is at Sunday. On my part I it is a bit of unfair on my part but... Nearly same thing to me. I mostly don't really celebrate these kind of things. Because. Sleep is much more valuable than getting yourself drunk. Quoting Legion from Mass Effect "We do not understand organic fascination of self intoxicating itself". I still don't understand why people wants to drink to get drunk. Only explain what I have gotten from people is. That with other people drinking seems to be much more enjoyable. What is both bad and good on my part. But back to the topic. Does your country celebrate First of May as holiday?
NovusNova
Well 1st May here where I live is Sunday, so its a day off work either way. Though 2nd May is a Bank Holiday where we get a day off work.

LogaMC1995
In my country(Malaysia), if a national holiday is on Sunday, the leave will be transferred to Monday, so yeah May 2nd is a holiday for Malaysia.

Uzpian
I wish our company is work-free on this coming Sunday but hey, double pay is double pay if we're required to work so it's still a win-win for me :)
