Burnthesteak87 Posted April 30, 2016 Share Posted April 30, 2016 (edited) Executioner Noc hits extremely hard, most of the times it oneshots you at whatever distance with no aim difficulties, wheter you're running, wheter you're covering after an object. I suggest first of all reducing its precision at high range and also reducing damage at high range, since it's wielding a shotgun.
