A new Warframe

I have a idea of a new warframe that will help newer and older players.

This warframe is a supporter, Male warframe that has low health and shields but high armor and energy. This warframe will be bought by players through the black market. I thought since a warframe has been brought in by Baro Ki'Teer (A.K.A. Void Trader) what about Darvo (The one guy next to Clem at a relay. Or the one shop that almost no one visits)?

The black market can be a repaired relay that moves to different planets (even the void) and sells "Different goods". These "Different goods" vary from any syndicates weapons, mods, specters, etc to Cosmetics (Appearance stuff) and void pieces, and the warframe of course. These unknown traders will be scattered through out the relay sell these goods at different prices (Some may cost credits, ducats, and even plat). But be careful for you could lose a rank in a syndicate if they find out that you bought a stolen good (It will be random and you will receive a message in your inbox. If your already a enemy of that syndicate they will send level 80's enemies on a random mission very soon.). And sometimes you can have the Grineer, Corpus, and stalker/shadow stalker coming after you as well (You will receive a message in your inbox).

 

 

Base Stats:

Power Strength          100%

Power Range             100%

Power Efficiency        100%

Power Duration          100%

 

Stamina                     100

Sprint Speed             1.00

Power                        500

Health                        5

Armor                        500

Conclave                    ?

 

Abilities:

Power 1 (Drone Buddies): The warframe deploys drone buddies that will collect loot across the map and bring it back to where the ability was used.

Power 2 (Re-supply): Any kills from your warframe or friendly warframes will have increased drop of ammo for any weapon, heath, and energy.

Power 3 (Scavenger): Any kills from your warframe or friendly warframes  will have increased drop of rare resources and rare mods.

Power 4 (Command Center): This ability increases the affinity/focus(xp) all players receive when this ability is active. Also the warframe would be surrounded by a 150 shield bubble that recharges like normal shields, except much slower. (Note: The player must stay in one place for this ability to work.)

 

Still working on Abilities. So please chill.

Ok so first, there is no reason to state the efficiency, strength, duration, and range stats because they are all the same for every frame. 

Second, Stamina no longer exists since it was removed in u17

Third, for the first power, this would be like Mag's Greedy Pull and would only be used on Interception and Defense. Otherwise, there's no reason to use this outside of those two missions as you would have to stay in one spot and wait for your drones to collect all your loot and make it back to you.

The second ability is fine.

As for the third, Nekros anyone?

Finally, the last ability is extremely subjective. Affinity isn't really to important here but focus? what about players who haven't done the Second Dream quest. Also, a lot of older players will already have everything they want from focus and this ability really isn't that great or unique. The shield is no use since 150 shields is nothing to mention that it has a slower charge rate and you have to be standing still o receive a measly 150 shields.

5 health...Any toxin or slash proc at any level of enemy would 1 tic kill. Not to mention pure toxin damage completely bypasses shields. Definitely needs more health to be even kinda useable anywhere

Even then,  I don't see the point. Nekros, Ash, Mesa, etc, are really the farm warframes- all combined into one, just seems to defeat the purpose of teamwork. Sure, it could be a really squishy frame that doesn't do damage- but plenty of people seem to easily get passed that all the time.
