Introduction 

~The Hidden Shinobi is an equal opportunity, non-exclusive, non-ethically affiliated, co-operative social experiment. As an idealistic republic, we have a zero tolerance toward intolerance; meaning that any aggression is not allowed or tolerated. What is a clan supposed to mean? Our socio-political system operates on a standardized corporate business structure in that the Chief Officer’s manage the Division Leaders, who manage the Section Leader’s, who manage the entry level candidate’s. Equal opportunity to the player is given and every effort made by management to deliver a safe, fun, adult community that promotes networking and positive enforcement of ethics set BY the people of the community. We strive very hard to give players an opportunity to “show their stuff” in the sense of what they can offer to the clan (Experience, leadership, creative insight, moderation, etc.). We hope you take up a microphone, contact a leader, and start raiding, networking, and playing Warframe the way it was meant to be played; with a group of friends!

What is a clan?

~The expectations of a clan is to provide it's member's with general help with regards to price checking, trial running, networking and co-ordinates run's. A player who join's expecting the clan to help them on their time, with their wants, and meet their demands explicitly, fail's to appreciate the individual needs of the community. The individual clan member can should utilize the proper channels when looking to find help, or get involved socially. The clan and more so the alliance is there to provide networking help and offer advice to players and minor help. The recruitment and region chat is tailored for prolonged help and specific goals/ needs. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU SHINOBI but we can only help those who help themselves toward a better community.

The Hidden Shinobi- We are a community of top tier mature player's (20+yrs old majority) dedicated to Warframe and the continued well being of it's community. We have held many record's most notably fastest LoR night mare Trial run 22:02 min. as well as having regularly scheduled clan events sometimes weekly each awarding 500p, up to 10,000p in some cases. We have a long history ( 3+ Year's) in the community of Warframe and are known as being strong and honorable, dedicated and thoughtful. We support the Art of War and believe in their leadership as a no taxation Alliance. Our players are Mature, and peaceful. We help each other regularly and with a great attitude! Spurt Recruitment Challenge : 

-This is one of the most frequently held clan event challenges. Usually lasting 1-3 day's ; This event is designed to encourage members of all ranking to participate in recruitment of new member's. They are often random, without warning, and "spurt" of the moment. Sometimes rewarding up to 200p, these event's are an excellent way to participate in clan politics, maintain a healthy community, as well as earn some plat!

~HOW IT WORK HUH?

Each contestant is expected to "keep track" of their recruit's; by writing down the gamer-tag's of the recruit's. and emailing them/ posting them of the forum's for verification by a sage.

The sage's will then, at the end of the event, take two day's before handing out reward's and personally, directly, promptly, and intricately interview each new recruit. This is to help ensure a safe, non aggressive community, and avoid exposing children to CRAZY 20 YEAR OLD'S :D.It's also a great way to network. only verified candidate's will be tallied; so it pay's off to screen your recruit's Shinobi!

One Week Recruitment Challenge :

-This event is just like the first event in that it is a recruitment challenge to find new member's! This event has a few very important differences though! This event not only last's a full 7 day's, but the reward's are significant! with a bracket reward system of first, second, third ; The reward's are often at least 1000p (value/actual) for first, 500p (value/actual) for second, and 250p (value/actual) for third. There will be warning among upper management and the clan will be alerted via the forum page, or in game via message of the day, on start date.

~HOW IT WORK HUH?

Each contestant is expected to "keep track" of their recruit's; by writing down the gamer-tag's of the recruit's. and emailing them/ posting them of the forum's for verification by a sage.

Two Week Recruitment Challenge :

-This is The biggest event The Hidden Shinobi host! Just as in a one week recruitment challenge this event encourages members to find and recruit new member's! One unique thing besides the extended time exist's however, THE REWARDS ARE HUGE! The reward's are often at least 2400p (value/actual) for first, 1200p (value/actual) for second, and 600p (value/actual) for third.

~HOW IT WORK HUH?

Each contestant is expected to "keep track" of their recruit's; by writing down the gamer-tag's of the recruit's. and emailing them/ posting them of the forum's for verification by a sage.

The sage's will then, at the end of the event, take two day's before handing out reward's and personally, directly, promptly, and intricately interview each new recruit. FIGHT NIGHT :DOJO FIGHT CLUB :

-Usually held on a single night with a one week warning to build hype/interest. Occurring at or around reset on a Friday, this tournament style bracket system is winner take all! Sometimes broken into several back to back tournament's with a final's tournament if needed. With reward's ranging from 200p - 500p (Value/Actual) this is a fun, fast, and easy event for all player's. The rules are simple! Dont talk about fight club! no just kidding, that's completely against the point. Anyway's, the first rule of fight club is no mod's of any kind on your warframe. Secondly, no weapon's or companion's of any kind (Except Kogake). Thirdly, YOU CAN ONLY USE A NO-STANCE KOGAKE (fist weapon available in the dojo, its easy to make). We will verify the contestant's by having witness's, judge's, as well as investigation's. But it's largely honor system based. there is not a warframe restriction. other than valkyr. the armor is completely not fair. >.>... 

Dojo Parkour & Race Day : 

-At reset on random time's, usually with a week given in advance, a no-restriction race and parkour challenge will be held in the dojo with a sponsoring judge as witness. Starting from one end of the dojo to the other, one judge will stand at one end, start a clock and the other judge standing at the other end, who start's a clock after the contestants finish. Subtracted number's yield the result of time, and the final judge at the end of the race rule's over who won. Rewarding up to 300p (value/actual) This is a fun, great event that help's build teamwork and a sense of community!

We have many ranking's within The Hidden Shinobi, we are different from most clans in that we have mastery rank based rankings up to level 19 alongside of council/ management ranking that have different parameter's for qualifying candidates. New recruit's will be immediately placed in their respective Mastery Rank based bracket's; ~To get more involved with clan dynamics and the decisions we Shinobi make daily and weekly in regards to event's, wartime decisions, Alliance council and affairs, as well as recruitment and sponsorship of said event's; An interview process is administered by the Clan's Talent Acquisition Liaison (Belial Stone) Upon request.

        The newest recruit's to The Hidden Shinobi! These members are the new players under Master Rank 4. They need help and are often eager to learn and participate. There are no responsibilities per-say of these candidates as we know and understand the demand for new players is high. Its our responsibility as a clan to help you; And it is the Gennin's, Chunnin and Jounin's responsibility to ask for help~

• Chunnin- (Proven Tenno, driven and hungry for more! These players may recruit and ask for help/advise; They can expect upper management to hear them well and meet their demand's at leisure. Mastery rank 5 - 9)

        Those among The Hidden Shinobi showing real progress! Reserved for those Master Rank 5 - 9; These recruit's have little responsibility, but a lot of expectations! Most of the Management is pulled from this demographic and groomed and encouraged to go for more. This is the point in Warframe where a clan matters and is needed! The community in this tier is eager and has a crude understanding of the mechanics behind most war-frames and gear. The upper management is to watch these candidates closely in case one has big dreams and needs a facilitator to reach their goal's.

• Jounin- (Upper tier PVP/PVE players/ Group leader's and Trial runner's / They can expect upper management to hear them well and meet their demand's. Mastery rank 10 - 14)

        Reserved for Mastery rank's 10-14, This is the majority of the clan. The most important to promote and encourage to continue playing. Rank up in the clan by becoming more active in the community; As well as actively recruit and better the clan in someway. Most responsibilities lay in the participation of clan events and recruitment, but more so emphasizing the need to network internally within the clan. (Play with people in the clan) People of this tier are considered "On their own" in the sense of knowledge and mod's.( You should have your gear together by this point! if not no worries, but make it a point to ask administrators for help.)

• Sensei- (Teacher's of the game/ Historians and Knowledgeable player's/ Mastery rank 15-18 with a few exceptions' /Capable of taking care of themselves to a degree)

        The Sensei rank is a prestigious title among The Hidden Shinobi. It is reserved for those who have proven their loyalty to The Shinobi and The Art of War Alliance. Active in both clan and alliance chat, these member's show great charisma and enjoyment with Warframe. We can rely on these player's stepping up to the plate to help other's rank up within the clan and outside of it. These players are NOT expected to give everything they have to others or to participate daily in playing or recruitment; however these players ARE expected to take responsibilities of the Anbu, Akatsuki, Kage, and Sage's unto themselves by enforcing rule's, administering help in moderation, Driving clan challenges, supporting Wartime effort's,  and responding in a timely manner to questions asked or help needed in the chat. In many way's this is one of the most demanding positions!

• Anbu- (PVP/PVE Focused player's / Mastery rank 19+)

        The Anbu class of Shinobi is reserved for the top tier player's. These player's have the LEAST amount of responsibilities within upper management, as they are recognized as "free lancer's". HOWEVER, during wartime thing's change! The Anbu are expected to fight and more importantly, encourage others to fight. Not necessarily needed to moderate, these players are well respected and are the skeleton of the clan.

• Akatsuki- (Council member's/ Sponsor's/ Social media and networking management; No Mastery Rank requirement, a screening process is conducted: usually by our clan Talent Liaison (Belial Stone) Experience Managing in real life or in game is required!

        The Akatsuki are the High Council Member's. Clan decisions are presented by Sage's and Kage to the Akatsuki and are then voted on respectively when need be. During Wartime their role is the same as Anbu in that they are expected to fight as much as possible, and to more importantly encourage others to fight. During Peace times this tier is expected to recruit actively, along with maintenance of clan dynamics; clan chat moderation, recruitment screening/ interviewing, promotion, social media management, diversity maintenance, and equality enforcement. To become an Akatsuki, an extensive screening process is involved; often by the clan Talent Liaison (Belial Stone). To become an Akatsuki, a certain mastery rank is not necessarily required. A certain character type and energy level is required however, when it comes to clan dynamics. Being active as much as possible and doing whatever it is you normally do open's a player up to creating a community of like minded peer's to play with. This "clan within a clan" is what we hope the Akatsuki will aim for. Having a community of diverse, non-aggressive, adult player's with given respect to that diversity can lead to a betterment of the social structure, along with the stature and integrity of this social experiment. ~BEING ACTIVE AND ACTING LIKE THE PEOPLE YOU WANT TO SEE IN MANAGEMENT IS HOW YOU GET HERE~  Declare your intention of becoming this rank to a clan leader, and we will note your achievement's and progress for several week's.         The Kage rank is right in line with the Warlord rank. The biggest difference's in expectations between the Sage and the Kage are Recruitment and Moderating, Clan event sponsorship and promotion, as well as diversity and equality enforcement. The Kage are NOT Expected to actively participate in these area's daily, in contrast to the Sage's, and are often the "back up" manager's. They ARE expected during wartime to behave as the Anbu however; in that they are needed to fight, promote others to fight, and to co-ordinate among the Sage's as intermediaries to management. Specifically, the expectations are clan management and inter-personal relation keeping. These players are expected to be active as much as possible and to distinguish themselves among the Shinobi.

        The sage rank is reserved for those who are at least mastery rank 20+ , have seniority in regards to clan decisions and event sponsorship, and have proven themselves trustworthy, level headed and professional especially in the face of adversity and hardship. Having a strong management team is essential and having a clear line of command even more so. During clan wars this tier is designed with the management in mind. The sage's jobs during wartime and peace time is the same. Collaboration of the clan, event hosting, recruitment and diversity management, as well as Moderating of the clan through chat, private messages, and interpersonal issues. There is a very fine line between a Kage and a Sage, and often the two ranks are respected equally. Not necessarily the "longest clan participant's"; the majority of the upper management has been selected with the peoples best interest at heart. To become a Sage one must be a Shinobi for at least 1 year and must prove the need for them to become a Sage versus a Kage. This is a FULL TIME  POSITION! We as a clan cannot stress this enough. Life has its up's and down's but if you want something bad enough, you make time for it. This tier is for those who put the community of Warframe above the needs of the individual, and can be on, for however long, any time that is needed; pending emergency. ABSOLUTE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE GIVEN TO THIS TIER. AGES 21+ ONLY

Trial/ Raid Runner's Campaign

Do you like platinum? Tired of spending all yo' money? Well, raiding/trial running might be fore you! Trial's offer a great way to play with up to eight people in a high stake, difficult series of missions ending in an "arcane" as a reward (arcanes are powerful "enchantment's" you can place on Warframes and improve or buff their abilities or give new abilities)! No player skill required just a mature attitude and microphone preferred! We at The Hidden Shinobi try and raid everyday at set times of the day. Generally at or around 7pm est (1 hour before worldwide daily Warframe reset). The following list of people considered to be in training to become raid leaders or are already established leader's. The star system represent's Raiding ability, flexibility, dedication, and determination as well as player skill in the opinion of the high council. This list is designed as a competitive way of assessing player raid skill, as well as a tool to use for others interested in raiding to make contact with people who can teach them.  We are now the Art of War (AoW) Alliance. We are a small group of large clans, all extremely like-minded and focused on our goal of Solar Rail conquest. Our Alliance currently holds 9 nodes, one of which we conquered in record time on our very first Solar Rail conquest ever. This group is no doubt a WAR MACHINE, and together with our Brothers and Sisters in Arms over at The Arbiters, I fear for any who want to make an enemy of us.
