Trouble with rocket jump

Hello all,

I have come across a peculiar situation where I cannot not rocket jump with my tonkor. I can neither activate the nades when they have settle down from their wild ride while I do not take any damage from the explosion even when standing on it. I have made a similar post in the general discussion asking about the same situation when a kind tenno responded to me by saying if I was a client and not the host, but this problem continue to perplex me when I am running solo missions. I have switched to penta and orgis and they can still blow me up fine. So I want to know if it is me who has a problem somewhere on my computer, a bug, or fix done by DE whether intentional or not.
