Missed Nitain reward due to Hotfix deployment

Before the hotfix 18.13.1 was starting to deploy itself, I was running the Nitain alert and the mission was ending as soon as it said "Hotfix deployed, remain in your misisons". Sadly, I decided to let the mission end and then it says "Cannot update account information, Abort update?". I decided to let the hotfix deploy, and to my surprise the mission ended and I did not receive the reward, even though the hotfix finished deploying when the loading screen ended.

That was the last Nitain I needed to finish Vauban Prime. Can you please give me one, because I really would like to use him already?
