Enemy Rocket / Missiles: Audio Cue

enemies like Bombards, Napalms, Hellions & similar really need a launch "locking on" tone

they are pretty stealthy as is when mixed in a busy horde of mobs and a simple low-pitch buzz to indicate a positive lock right at launch would go along way to locate them faster and give tenno more time to seek cover or counter

ideally the sound would be directional coming from the units location (scaling with distance?)
