#1: Since i'm (and, sadly, not just me alone) fighting the Launcher to update my game to Lunaro vers. (which was uploaded to servers ~17hrs ago), have you guys considered adding a torrent-way to get updates or the latest version of the game in general? Still remember Letter13's topic about it... I just think it would be much faster to download it via torrent client rather than losing brain cells via checking & downloading it through the Launcher (especially, if there are issues on servers side and people were teased & hyped for updates => more stress on servers). Right now (at this moment) i can download and update any MMO game within 5-10min and yet i still can't update WF.

#2: As much as we love you and your game, guys, many «new» game elements get covered with dust pretty fast after their release:

  • Nightmare missions were added and... that's all, a year later it got an update with a few new mods (good & challenging for new players, but pretty «meh» and pointless for high-MR players since it was replaced by Nightmare Raid and rewards are still meh for high MR players -- they simply have better mods.
  • Archwing. Right a year later it got some QoL changes with add. game modes and the Raid (which is bugged most of the time), but apparently it's not enough. Sure, this mode is supported with new weapons and all, but it's like having a dozen of weapons and just a single firing range to play in. The most of the problems aren't tied to weapons or QoL things, it's just the mode itself -- the lack of missions where you can have fun and justified challenge:

- What about Excavations on asteroids or endless escort mission where you have to protect the ship with intense enemy spawn rate?

  • Invasions. Were good during TGD days, factions literally captured the nodes, rewards were different (not just: Crs / Rare resource / Rare faction resource / Forma BP / Potato BP). Even though, it was updated to different missions (rather than just Ext), right now Invasions are purely «visual» thing, you either help any of two factions or move along -- nothing really changes, the Grineer won't present on Corpus locations and vice versa. There are no consequences.

- I think if you helped Grineer/Corpus and they have won, they surely would increase their presence in that sector (more powerful/elite enemies => missions get harder, but also rewarding)

  • Dojo. If we didn't have labs and trading post, it would be replaced by relays. SImple as that. Yes, we got an ability to change colours and we get statues for completing events, but that's all. No new decors, no firing range to test your weapons, no quick access to Simulacrum/Simaris' Sanctuary/Relay, and in case of trading you can't even check your inventory to look for items.

- Will there be rooms like firing range or Kubrow/Kavats playground or docking bay/hungar with your Clannies' Orbiters/Landing Craft? (friends are offline -- their ships are docked in, friends are online but they do the mission -- no ships there etc.). Just wondering.

  • Dark Sectors. Conflicts will be changed, Sol Rails will be changed, but... will DSs be? Right now it's just the Infested on re-used tilesets, so can we expect DSs getting own tilesets and, maybe, enemies? Sentients?

I mean, it's sure awesome to get more stuff, but it's also awesome to see variety/updates in the current things :)

 

#3: Any news or WIPs on Damage 3.0? About 4 months ago Steve was playing with ideas about it

EDIT: turn off your panic mode. RE: Dmg poll. Its warm outside and makes me frisky. One-shot means 1hitting'boss' not bow/sniper nerf! Just temperature check w/friends. :)

Really excited to hear some ideas he loved or going to make (like Phys. damage conversion instead of +extra values)

OR... Speaking of the latest two events: Shadow Debt and Rathuum. Is it safe to say that Acolyte and Kela mods are some sort of the new mods system or even Mods 3.0?

#4: Any news on Tennogen shiny things you can buy with Platinum currency? Or there's still some issues?

 

#5: Back to forgotten *scared* or scrapped things: any news on Relay Statues, Clans' presence on the Relays, and since we just got Dark Split-Sword which was announced along with Burston re-model, how soon we'll see Burston's new model? Hope you didn't forget about these, guys :S

I'm looking forward to the stream, and thank you for all your hard work on Lunaro! Here are some of my (many) questions and thoughts:

  1. Are there any plans on adding Syndicate melee weapons? I know there are syndicate mods for melee weapons, but there are also mods for primaries and secondaries, and there are still Syndicate weapons for those too.
  2. Something that has been worrying me for a long time is this: When it becomes possible to get MR 30, does that mean the end of new content and development, or will things keep going so that people without exclusives can obtain that rank. I guess I'm also worried that we're getting closer to the end of what makes this game and community so amazing, the constant development using player feedback, and the dev-player relationship we have all come to enjoy and appreciate.
  3. Has the idea of releasing the full default color palette for free ever been presented? I think it would be nice if new players had access to a wider array of colors coming into the game. If having it free isn't an option, how about making it cost credits or less platinum. I think that one of the things that players who watch others play the game like and decide to join over is the customization, but then they join and are very limited in what they can do with colors, the most basic part of fashion frame.
  4. Speaking of colors, I've noticed a lot of players don't change the color of their landing craft or change their profile icon, and I think it's because both options are kinda hidden and aren't explained or mentioned at all in the tutorial (according to my memory).
  5. Can we get an ability to quickly switch mod pages while in the arsenal? Something like a little 'A B C' next to the modify option in the arsenal would be perfect. A lot of players have different builds for each faction, so allowing us to switch quickly will make getting into a mission that much easier.
  6. I think something cool that could be added is a relay tutorial quest that introduces you to everything available there and the syndicates. Right now the syndicates are just there, and aren't explained very well for new players and why they should participate in them. The same goes for relays in general including Conclave and Darvo's Shop. Finally, some access to more features from your Landing Craft in the relays would be really nice. A small kiosk that you can interact with to remotely access your foundry, pets, and that thing from Second Dream. I can understand going back to your ship to claim things from the foundry as that's where the physical object is being crafted, but I don't think you're carrying your resources and blueprints on you at all times.

NO MORE ONE SHOTTING!? What Does that mean for Snipers!? Will they be even more useless!? same with bows and shotguns. That's why they exist in the first place. You trade mass killing for murdering heavies.

What about all the Secondaries that have Vazarin polarity slots?  I only play PvE, and the only Secondary Vazarin polarity mods in PvE are Deep Freeze and Sure Shot, which don't synergize well for some of those Secondaries (from recent memory, Rakta Ballistica and Twin Kohmak).

Also, are the Corrupted mods going to be "finished"?  For example, there are two Corrupted mods that increase Strength, with one decreasing Efficiency and one decreasing Duration.  Are we ever going to get one that decreases Range?  And what about analogous mods for other Warframe stats? (Obivously weapon mods as well, but the best example I could think of was Warframe mods)

Will there be a fix for auto run feature?

Auto run is absolutely broken in arcwing and turns off all the time in normal missions.

 

Also: i almost, almost feel a little bad running in circles through pvp missions, so that i can get conclave points for the armor sets, if we could just spectate and get a few hundred points every 10 minutes that would be a lot better for the people who want to put in an effort

Why can't the Market Discount Coupons on XB1 and PS4 from the Daily Tribute be used to purchase bundles? Even on the most expensive single item a 75% coupon saves you <300p, meanwhile PC players are using their 75% coupons to get 2400+ free platinum.

Any chance of having the Alt-Fire and Standard Fire for Panthera switched on console? Clicking the stick to fire a single shot and holding the trigger for continuous fire just makes more sense. Plus, holding the stick clicked while using it to aim is just painful.

Is there an overhaul coming for the MR requirements on weapons? It was mentioned in a previous Devstream how MR requirements on weapons were set based on the number of available MR's at the time and no one has ever gone back and adjusted them. So, now we have a situation where Boltor Prime is MR 2 but you have to be MR 8 to use Stradavar.

Any updates on TennoGen for consoles?

Definitely agree with this one, particularly for cosmetics. I currently have 5 skins and 9 helmets for Excalibur, there are just way too many ways I can set his appearance to settle on just 3. As well the Syndicate sigils are more then just cosmetic, so if you make them look nice on a frame and don't want standing for the syndicate you either have to hit the cap or not use that appearance.

Don't worry. The current total mastery in the game is 1,226,796. In order to be MR 30 you need 2,250,000. Another 1,000,000 mastery points is going to take a while, like somewhere around the 6th anniversary.

If you're referring to Prime Access bundles, PC players can't use discounts on those either, only on normal platinum purchases.

No, not the Prime Access Bundles.

The Console coupons are for buying an item from the in game market, allowing you to purchase the item for a reduced Plat or Credit cost. Some issue with Microsoft/Sony keeps them from giving the consoles coupons like those on PC, so they did this instead. However, the coupons only work for one individual items and not the bundles.

For example, you can use it to purchase the Oberon Feyarch Skin. You can't use it to purchase the Oberon Feyarch Collection that gives you the skins for Oberon, Paris and Ack & Brunt together.

And it's not just the Deluxe skin bundles, it's literally any bundle in the "Bundles" Section of the market.

1. new Lunaro's "Arcata" shows "Unranked" - is that mean there will be some levelling of it? What can we expect in future in Lunaro, any crazy idea you've been toying or brainstorming with that you willing to share?

2. new mod capacity change to start from mastery level is nice but it still feels a bit limited and does not affect Draco run counts. Can we get frames/weapons to actual rank (and therefore mod capacity) instead of just mod capacity? Current system makes sense for brand new weapons/frames to obtain mastery points, however with forma'd items I think it would be better to start from that rank already (it would possibly also make people less likely to run Draco)

3. any plans to add stance-like or/and exilus mod slots for primary/secondary/sentinels? or not any more after changes to mod capacity?

4. what about plans to change baro-primed mods-sorties systems, are those still just in stage of "maybe one day" or is there anything else being worked on there?

A question about sentients:

So, in the second dream it was revealed to us what the sentients looked like and how big of a threat they were, but 6 months later they have been left out without any mention of them (unless you count moon/uranus sentient encounters, but that's not much of a big deal). I was wondering if they will play a big role in the War Within, or if that is to specific then will they be mentioned in the War Within or just completely disregarded?

A few things:

When will the focus system be getting looked at for a balance pass ? If so what type of compensation will we get ? i.e ability to move focus from a tree to another tree, all lenses being removed so we can put else where .

Login Rewards:

Can we store the boosters and activate when we we want ?

or what about being able to pause and start boosters so that those that cant play for two weeks due to business or classes don't wast two weeks of a 90 day booster

3. Have you guys thought about bringing more outfits for the operators themselves? I think it'd be really cool to see something like the light-suits from TRON: Legacy, or a modern/sci-fi/Tenno take on the traditional kimono.

4. Custom Weapon holstering positions? I remember hearing a bit about this, you might have already addressed it...

First of all, congratulations on Lunaro and thanks for bringing this so soon!! It's surprisingly fun

Just have 2 questions:

1)What will be the upkeep costs for the pet Kavats? Sorta like having a Kubrow or should we start farming something else for when they drop?

2) Are you planning to go back to the regular Update naming rules (eg 19.1.xxx) when update 19 is fully dropped? I know this is a bit nitpicky but it used to make reading through the backlog of patch notes much easier.
