Mission Spectator Glitch!?!?!?! Vay Hek Sortie

Did anyone notice something wrong from this image?? It was me down. And yes...there is no revive option for me.

So I was doing today Vay Hek Sortie. What I remember was either I got hit by Councilor Vay Hek (not his Terra Form) rockets or got magnetize. It seems I got 'knocked out' of myself (like a ghost or spectator or whatever). I cant shoot, but I can move jump crouch and do any other manuver except that I wasnt in my body (like spectator, like when you dead in the middle of round in Counter Strike). I thought dying gonna fix that, then you see that image above...not working. Mission Abort.
