PS4: Lunaro [+Hotfixes]

Tenno, you’ve fought long and valiantly. Now, put down your arms and join in the newest addition to Conclave. The honor-bound sport, Lunaro!

A contact ball sport played long ago by Tenno of years past, Lunaro is a new Conclave mode that accommodates up to four players per team. This new game mode focuses on skill, mobility, teamwork and creativity. 

Work together on team Sun or Moon to move the ball -- or Lunaro -- up an Orokin arena, into the opponent's goal. Defend your zone by smashing the Lunaro out of your opponent’s possession or knocking them to the ground with a crushing hit.

To get started Playing Lunaro, visit the Conclave station on your Landing Craft. You will be able to play the Practice tutorial there, it'll help! 


You will find  a new tab in the Customize Controller screen just for Lunaro!



Without ball:
•    R2 - Melee strike
-Hitting a player will stagger them and force them to drop the Lunaro if they're carrying it
-Hit a player enough times in a short period and they will be knocked down
-Hitting the Lunaro will ‘charge’ it for 3 seconds and it will knock down any player it hits
•    L2 (hold) - 3m soft vortex that attracts the Lunaro
•    Circle - shoulder charge

Please note that under 'Classic' config, 'Check' moves from Circle to R1, so it becomes:
L2 = Ball Magnet
R2 = Throw / catch
R1 = Check

With ball:
•    R2 (tap) - light throw
-Also used for lock-on pass when you see an arrow Chevron above a teammate’s head
•    R2 (hold) - strong throw (twice as powerful as tap R2)
•    Circle - shoulder charge
•    Launching the Lunaro from a slide will curve your shot. Tap throw (R2) while sliding to curve it left, hold to curve it right.
•    Bullet jumping will cause you to drop the Lunaro! 



•    Teams Sun and Moon (each with up to 3 players) compete for two 5-minute halves
•    Players on offense must work together to move the Lunaro towards the goal
-Throw the Lunaro with R2 – tap for light throw, or hold for strong throw
-The Lunaro is dropped when bullet jumping, or after holding for 5 seconds
-Pass to teammates by tapping R2
-Teammate eligible for pass when marked by arrow chevron
•    Players on defense can stop the opposition by taking away the Lunaro
-R2 to swing at the opposing player
-Press Circle to perform a shoulder check
-Hold L2 to attempt intercepting the Lunaro
•    If a loose Lunaro is struck it will become ‘charged’, knocking down players in its way
-A purple trail indicates if a Lunaro is ‘charged’


•    Shooting the Lunaro into the goal from within the opposing team’s zone nets 1 point
•    Scoring from outside the opposing team’s zone adds +1 point
•    Scoring with a ‘charged’ Lunaro adds +1 point
•    ‘Charged’ goals from outside the zone are worth 3 points total!
•    Attackers must clear the defender’s zone after they score to re-equip their Lunaro scoop


•    Added a Level 85 Arena to Sedna – Vodyanoi
     - Executioners have received 50-100% more health and 50% more armour.
     - Executioners have a 15% chance to drop an Uncommon Fusion Core and a 5% chance to
       drop a Rare Fusion Core.
•    Added new Modifier – Reinforcements:
    -Adds additional Executioners to the fight (Level 20 = 1 extra, Level 40 = 2 extra, Level 60 = 3
    extra, Level 85 = 4 extra).

•    Executioner Dhurnam added to Level 60 and Level 85 Arenas.
    - Dhurnam wields Dual Heks and a Brokk, throws flashbang grenades and can Switch Teleport.
- When you drop him down to 25% Health he goes into a frenzy and jogs much faster. 
•    Executioner Harkonar has been equipped with a modified Buzlok that fires a single high-powered bullet, but emits a laser sight before firing to give players a chance to dodge or move out of LoS.

•    “Silent Battery” is a new uncommon shotgun Mod that may drop from Executioner Dhurnam. 

•    Riv Elite-Guards Bundle - This ornate set of guards was worn by ancient Lunaro champions. 
•    Riv Arcata Skin  - A stylized Arcata skin for Lunaro.
•    The Riv Comp-Guard and Riv Min-Guard armor sets are available from Teshin!
•    Executioner Dhurnam Noggle Statue has been added to the Market.

Dark Split-Sword
Use as a devastating heavy sword or apply a Dual Swords Stance and split the weapon into two ferocious blades. You choose how you wish to wield this weapon based on the Stance Mod equipped. 
•    Each form reflects different Damage, Status and Critical Chance Stats.

Visit your 'Customize Operator' menu to view a variety of new Customizations - over 30 total! We've split these customizations into two groups: Free and Cosmetic. 

We've added new Tenno Faces & Somatic Markings for free!
We've added new Face Attachments & Hairstyles for Platinum! 

There is new End of Mission Complete & and Mission Failed music!

The following Augments are available as Syndicate Offerings: 

•    Wukong: Primal Rage: Primal Fury Augment- Killing an enemy increases Critical Chance by 10% up to 100%. The increase decays by 1% per second. (does not double effect of other melee crit mods)
•    Wukong: Iron Vault: Iron Jab Augment - Aiming Iron Jab at the ground launches Wukong into the air. Executing a slam attack increased range by 15m and applies 500% extra damage.
•    Nekros: Creeping Terrify: Terrify Augment - Affected enemies have 60% reduced movement speed.
•    Ivara: Infiltrate: Prowl Augment: Ivara is able to bypass laser barriers and gains 25% movement speed. 


  • Volt can now place up to 6 Electric Shields (was 4).
  • Volt will be able to see the Speed pickup he creates. *Please note that you will not see the Speed pickup if you're playing on Solo Mode.
  • Volt can now recast Speed (like Mirage's Eclipse). Each recast will replace the prior speed pickup to the new casting location.
  • Tweaked the animation of Volt’s Speed pickup to spin more. 
  • Volt’s Electric Shield will now ragdoll enemies when being carried while sprinting, like so:
  • Volt's Speed has been reverted to instantly affect allies in the cast radius, rather than create a pick-up. 
  • Allies can now backflip(aim + directional roll backwards) to remove Volt’s Speed if they wish to opt-out. 



  • You can now use Emotes in the Conclave!
  • Fixed Ammo spawns disappearing forever after a Host Migration in Conclave.
  • Fixed Energy spawn points duplicating in certain tilesets in Conclave. 
  • Returned Shield Recharge Delay to 10 seconds in Conclave.
  • You can now be knocked down during a roll/dodge in Conclave. 


•    Bursas will no longer drop Common Mods (Revenge, Ammo Drum).
•    Increased the Mod drop rate on hacked Bursas. 


  • Blessing: Damage Resistance is no longer calculated based on an Average, but instead a flat value simply capped at 75% (which can be achieved via use of Strength mods). The squad UI now shows who is in range with the Tenno Affinity marker.
  • Fixed Trinity’s Blessing dealing a possible infinite damage multiplier.


  • Hysteria: Each kill reduces her Hysteria Aura by 1 meter, the aura will continue to grow but killing frequently will keep it tight around you so you can control its range.


  • Improved the FX of Mag’s Polarize.
  • Fixed Mag’s Crush FX not playing properly for Clients.
  • Fixed Mag’s Magnetize bubble being invisible when inside it.
  • Fixed Mag dealing self-damage with Magnetize.


  • Before Plasma Grenades explode, they will live for 3 seconds after coming to a rest on the ground.
  • Plasma Grenades can now be shot in air or when they are on the ground.
  • When an enemy Plasma Grenade is shot and killed, it will explode and damage any enemies in range with no damage to you. A Tenno with a keen ear will be able to identify these threats and counter them with an accurate shot before it's too late.


  • Ballistas will have telegraphing when they are winding up to fire off a round from their deadly Vulkars. An observant Tenno will be better able to identify and prioritize these threats.
  • Hyekka Masters: Fixed the Hyekka Master’s Ignis dealing damage through walls.

The starting Mod Capacity for your gear (new or Forma'd) is now determined by your Mastery Rank and if an item has an Orokin Reactor or Catalyst installed.

For example, a Mastery 20 player would experience the following:

  1. Claim a new Warframe from the Foundry with no Reactor installed.
  2. Observe the 'Unranked' item and see the starting Mod capacity is 20.
  3. Install a Reactor, observe the Mod capacity has doubled to 40.

The formula is:

Starting Mod Capacity = Mastery Rank (x2 if Orokin Reactor/Catalyst installed).

The cap on capacity remains unchanged.

Please note this is a slight deviation of our discussions on how Mastery Rank will reflect gear level, but by affecting capacity it fundamentally enables you to use Mods the moment you get your hands on new gear or Forma an item. Have fun!


As widely requested, Hek’s original sound has been restored and our Sound Team has made it work with the new weapon sound tech.

Our Audio Director, [DE]George, has provided insight into why we changed the Hek sound originally here:




  • Improved matchmaking to be more reliable overall. 
  • Revised the UI icons for Operator hair to display better.
  • You can no longer send gifts to those who have not finished the tutorial.
  • Drekar Hellions will now spawn on Uranus Survival missions. 
  • Slightly increased the Mod drop chance on Locust Drones. 
  • Dregs and Lancer Dregs will now drop Morphic Transformer. 
  • Other context actions will take priority over picking up Volt’s Electric Shield. This prevents accidentally picking up the Electric Shield that you placed down to protect you while you revive your fellow Tenno. 
  • Improved the ability to teleport on slopes/stairs. 
  • Improved Interception AI to better prioritize their attacks and hacking objectives. 
  • Temporarily removed Mag's Vacuum Passive sound until we can refine.
  • The squad UI now shows who is in range with the Tenno Affinity marker.
  • Reduced the lens flare in the pause menu.
  • Lanka projectiles will now only increase the combo counter once per enemy hit when shot into Mag’s Magnetize. This also fixes firing the Lanka in Mag’s Magnetize bubble resulting in a massive unintended Sniper combo increase.
  • Increased the sound radius on Volt’s Speed pickup for allies.
  • Zephyr’s Tornado post FX and camera shake will only be visible to the caster.
  • Reduced the post FX of Zephyr’s Tornados when the Funnel Clouds Augment is equipped.
  • Improved handling of corrupted installs (repair instead of crashing).
  • Kela De Thaym can now be hit with Damage procs. (i.e Corrosive procs will lower her armor, Fire procs will set her on fire, etc.) Please note that Kela will not be affected by procs that cause animations (staggers or knockdowns) as this conflicts with her Grappling Hook state.This change will help with high level Kela De Thaym Sortie assassinations. 
    Increased the drop rate of Rare mods on Manic Bombards, Drekar Hellions, Battalysts, and Conculysts.
    Improved auto-repair of corrupted installs.
  • Reduced Energy brightness when equipped with a Channeling Mod.
  • Visually tweaked the Dark Split-Sword’s Energy trail to fit better on the weapon.
  • Swapped Vodyanoi and Yemaja nodes on Sedna to allow Kela to be more accessible to new players.
  • The Rubico is now an ‘Alarming’ type weapon. 
  • Improved matchmaking using world-position estimates; we hope this will accelerate squad searches and help you find hosts with less lag. Please note that we're testing considerable improvements to this system that we expect to deploy early next week; thank you for your patience!
  • Gear items will now cap out at their max stack size in the gear wheel.
  • Login Reward Mods like Primed Fury are no longer tradeable. This is due to the nature of how the reward is obtained, and how as a result people may feel enticed to create multiple accounts. 
  • Increased enemy priority to take cover in Defense missions. 
  • Hyekka Masters will now join the fight on Ceres Defense missions.
  • Expanded Interception hacking terminals slightly so that bulky enemies like Chargers can get to them without requiring a dialing wand. 
  • Gave a number of enemies advanced instruction in how to hack Interception terminals.
  • Improved the direction in which your Warframe will perform a dodge roll.





  • Fixed Operator hair colour appearing incorrectly when summoned in a mission.
  • Fixed gaining an unintended amounts of sudden velocity when rolling in perfect timing with a double jump. A Developer note here: the parkour combination is still possible and remains an effective way to maneuver and travel forward if you have mastered the keystrokes. 
  • Fixed the Prisma Gorgon’s firing sounds cutting out randomly. 
  • Fixed being unable to send a game invite to the previous Host that left the session.
  • Fixed appearing frozen when attempting to join a lobby while in the Simulacrum.
  • Fixed Executioner Zura not attempting to melee you when in range, or switching to her Ripkas.
  • Fixed hearing fully charged sounds when firing the Angstrums last shot
  • Fixed Valkyr’s Warcry not having any effect when cast.
  • Fixed crashing in the Arcane installment screen.
  • Multishot Secondary Mods are now properly inherited with Mesa’s Peacemaker. For added clarity, only non-weapon specific Secondary Mods scale with Peacemaker. We are still reviewing this for results to see if it needs scaling back in terms of sheer damage output. Please note that Regulators base damage was reduced in 18.13.1 to compensate for Multishot inheriting damage potential.
  • Fixed a rare case of crashing from reviving a fallen Tenno.
  • Possible fix for Chroma’s Effigy being invisible and dealing no damage
  • Fixed Loki's Radial Disarm increasing the number of enemies when cast in Kela De Thaym’s Arena.
  • Fixed backing out of the Arsenal after making a purchase and switching loadouts, reverting you back to the loadout you had equipped when entering the Arsenal.
  • Fixed having multiples of the same Chat Tab.
  • Possible fix for Clients seeing the incorrect FX from The Nightwatch Napalm Mod.
  • Fixed Loki’s incorrect passive description.
  • Fixed multiple Bastille’s appearing when casted by Vauban in Mag’s Polarize.
  • Fixed Mag’s Magnetize bubble lingering permanently when Vauban’s Vortex/Bastille is thrown inside it. This also fixes intensified FX in this situation that caused performance issues.
  • Fixed Hydroid’s passive activating when punching with a fist weapon.
  • Fixed performance issues due to having 4+ Hyekka’s on screen.
  • Fixed missed discrepancy Mod descriptions.
  • Fixed more collisions on Orokin doors that cause players to get caught in between the gap and eaten by the door.
  • Fixed overlapping text of Mags abilities in the Tutorial UI.
  • Fixed Volt’s Electric Shield lingering for other players after disappearing for the caster.
  • Fixed Ash’s Arcane Locust and Arcane Scorpion Helmet not being tradable.
  • Fixed Ivara’s Prowl ability sound not cancelling out when casting a Focus ability.
  • Fixed seeing a random ‘Level Up’ notification with no context.
  • Fixes Mesa’s Peacemaker effects sticking around permanently in rare situations.
  • Fixed numerous crashes.
  •  Fixed players attempting to play a solo forced mission (Tutorial, Second Dream) being thrown into a public match and hanging on an unresponsive black screen.
  • Fixed a gradual decrease in performance that could occur in long duration missions if a player cast Equinox's Metamorphosis ability while having a Sigil equipped.
  • Fixed insta-killing enemies with Mag’s Magnetize + Crush due to enemies not being able to get up.
  • Fixed casting Loki’s Radial Disarm increasing the number of enemies by 1.
  • Fixed reviving in a certain Corpus tileset room respawning you above the level.
  • Fixed Saryn Prime’s head piece clipping.
  • Fixed disarming a MOA resulting in a Prova sticking out of their head.
  • Fixed Helios' Detect Vulnerability at max rank (now 2.75x damage at rank 5 instead of 2.5x).
  • Fixed Interception points being stuck as captured after a round ends if using a controller.
  • Fixed Sigils overlapping Nova Prime’s back jets. 
  • Fixed crashing when attempting to abort a mission.
  • Fixed a filepath appearing in the UI when Wukong's Primal Rage Augment is in use.
  • Fixed damage scaling for Executioner Nok's Deth Carabus.
  • Fixed Volt’s Speed FX trail lingering after the ability had ended if you were a Client.
  • Fixed UI elements in the Operator Customization screen looking squished. 
  • Fixed the search feature in the equip page of the Arsenal not functioning when first entering. Also fixed an issue with being unable to Search on controllers. 
  • Fixed Rescue Targets & Companions not performing parkour moves to follow the player's line of parkour. (wall run, bullet jump, etc)
  • Fixed the Second Dream opening Cinematic breaking when initiating it from the Codex. 
  • Fixed a crash when battling a Sentient. 
  • Fixed Executioner Dhurnam not spawning in level 60 Rathuum. 
  • Fixed the Edo Prime Armor not sitting correctly on Frost/Frost Prime. 
  • Fixed various translation errors. 
  • Fixed various exploits related to mission rewards. 
  • Fixed enemies continuing their actions (hacking, firing, etc) after getting teleported off ziplines/interactable objects.
  • Fixed Emotes not saving when exiting the Arsenal.
  • Fixed crash with Captain Vor in the Void if a player disconnected at the wrong moment during his spawn phase. This could prevent Waves from continuing. 
  • Fixed hacking beams not showing up for Clients in Archwing Interception missions.
  • Fixed an issue where changes made with the Emote picker would only work the first time around; after exiting and re-entering the Emote picker any changes made would no longer take hold.
  • Fixed incorrect Nyx Prime textures.
  • Fixed colliding/clipping with Orokin Sabotage consoles.
  • Fixed numerous localization issues.


Hotfix July 14th:

- Added a bit more motion to the Attica Obsidian skin

Hotfix July 22nd:
- minor fix to some PHP files that is needed for the Nexus app

Hotfix July 26th:
- Removed Mag Prime Vault items from the drop tables

I'm surprised that the Rathuum updates were additions and not changes to how you can access Uranus and Saryn warframe pieces. Is it really that popular to add another level and keep it blocked off from other assassination missions?

Other than that, I'm super excited!

Working as intended.

Hysteria was previously bugged at 2x energy efficiency.

I recommend you get used to how she is now.

Shooting gallery still travels between squadmembers, although the damage buff is suppose to remain constant on Mesa.

What kind of mods are you using on your secondary?

i mainly use status weapons like brak or dex furis with corrosive with  fire and viral with electric all three of which are 60% increase mods hornet strike, lethal torrent, barrel diffusion and some other damage mods.  apparently with my setups i should have seen at least one elemental proc with my builds but i haven't seen any crrosive or viral procs while in peacemaker.

I don't believe elemental damage types are suppose to proc on peacemaker.

I recommend trying a secondary with good crit chance, try a crit build, and see if that alters your damage or not.

It should still be on you but also go back and forth between teammates. Also, as for the same damage check to see the mods you have on your secondary, as that effects peacemaker.
