f0ba Posted July 27, 2016 Share Posted July 27, 2016 I don't know if its only me, but I tried doing a genetic imprint for my new kavat, and for some reason even though the timer is up, and the genetic tools menu displays the process complete message, I get an "unknown error" when I tried to collect the print. When I (and three other users that have responded question on the steam forums) try to claim a kavat imprint or trade one, the game pops up an error saying "unknown error" or "trade failed".
