Magazine size bug

Weapons with Magazine size that are increased / decreased by mods will not apply when first entering the game, only after a reload, they will have the correct ammo count for the magazine. 
i.e. Sybaris with a 18 Magazine size will have 14 Magazine size upon entering the game, only after a reload it will have 18, death resets this to 14 again. 
This happens to clients, and the bug resets itself upon death as well.

I have the exact same problem with my Azima. It has Magazine Slip on it which brings the mag to 94-ish and in most missions, it starts out with only 75 bullets in the clip until I reload.

This reset-to-normal-size problem also exists after you exit out from Sharkwing in Uranus water tilesets.

First, it happens with any magazine size mod, including Tainted Mag. Second, if it happens with magazine size, who's to say it doesn't happen with other mods as well where you can't see it that easily?

@BCOOPS22 Mods are created for playstyle diversity, it might be a trash mod for you, but what about players who uses them?
There are people who uses Ammo Stock mod for their Hek too.
Minor bugs doesn't mean that there is no need for fixing, especially when the fix is simply enough.
@Bibliothekar I uses Ice Storm mod for some of my secondaries.

Just giving an example of mod that also modify magazine size in addition to other stats, like Tainted Mag.
