Forced failure timer (15 minutes with no kills) present in inappropriate mission types.

A while ago Extermination missions received a new fail condition - if at any point you don't kill enemies for 15 minutes, the mission fails. The reason for that timer is presumably because Extermination missions have no other fail conditions.

The bug is - that timer is active in more mission types than Extermination. It is especially problematic in assassination and spy.

Wow, I'd not heard of that timer before now.

That royally screws over my hunting for parkour-rooms and treasure-vaults, I had been using Exterminate Missions as they ensured I wasn't being shot while hunting for stuff.
I realize DE really wants to emphasize "space ninja" in their designing of the game, but putting in a Sonic The Hedgehog ~esque time-limit ain't a good way to do it.


And thank you for the heads up on that bug too, now I know why my Spy Mission failed.
