I guess they made her quite big cause of things like that. Also if you where smaller, you could sneak out of a lot of maps and the map makers don't want to have to fill in every single hole. When you build a game as detailed as warframe, you only need to build what the players see. Nothing more. Anything creates lag so they way the have it now is why the game is so amazingly optimized. A bad example of bad game design is ARK cause the game renders water across the whole entire map underground even though players don't need to see it.
