What happened to the toggle-able desecrate for Nekros?

It's going to be ether a  boost or a heavy nerf - mag "update" sounded nice - in reality shes near useless now and i pretty much never see anyone with mag these days.
 

It may become toggle aura - even if shorter range, but if it's max targets are limited - it may aswell get removed from the game. Most bodies last a few sec - so with unless it targets everything in range, it becomes worthless.

Even worse if you require power str to boost the nr of targets or desecrate speed THEN also duration AND efficiency AND range.

I dont use range with nekros, his soul punch has high base range and his 4th isnt effected by range at all, so i use narrow minded to compensate for fleeting expertise and i have like 236% power strenghth and the only stat thats really hindered is range which i really dont need because im generally in peoples faces since my summons can actaully tank at this point, 18 summons they all have 5X damage multipliers and 4X health multipliers, pretty sure i dont need descrate crap.
