(PSN)LoisGordils
Hey, guys! I've been thinking about this for a while now... so, with out further delay, here I go: Name: Lancer (I got nothing, really. Will use "Lancer" for now) Stats: Energy: 150 Shields: 125 Health: 85 Armor: 100 Sprint Speed: 1.15 Passive: Steady Aim: Lancer does not suffer from weapon sway while scoped in with a rifle nor accuracy loss while hip-firing. Applies to the Longshot. Abilities: 1. Marskman: Lancer gains increased accuracy (affected by Power Strength) with his primary weapons. Additionally, head shots will result in a critical hit regardless of the weapon's crit chance (does not stack with crit mods. As such, will not cause weapons that cannot Red Crit to Red Crit). The skill will affect the weapon for a certain number of shots based off a percentage of the weapon's magazine size. 25% by default (affected by Power Strength. Bows will only benefit from one shot due to the nature of their mechanics) 2. Deadeye: Lancer gains the ability to see enemies through walls (they become highlighted with the same color as your energy color) and gains innate five meter punch through with all weapons (for better ease at shooting through walls). If Marksman is active while casting Deadeye, shots will apply a Bleed proc to all enemies that have been highlighted. Range affects the radius of the skill. Affects allies that are in a 20 meter radius of the initial cast (unaffected by Range) 3. Patient Predator: When activated, Patient Predator will cause a damage, accuracy, crit chance and crit damage bonus to slowly build up while aiming. All instances are affected by Power Strength. If you stop aiming before shooting, you will lose your stacks of Patient Predator. Shooting consumes your Patient Predator stacks. However, killing an enemy with a head shot will reduce your stack to 50% of its current amount. Duration affects the time it takes for Patient Predator to build up. 4. Longshot: Lancer summons his Exalted Sniper Rifle and goes into camouflage mode (he is not invisible, but is 50% harder to hit while standing still and 75% harder to hit while crouching. Movement takes away this evasion bonus. Power Strength increases both instances to a 65% while standing and a 80% evasion chance cap while crouching); melee attackers will ignore the evasion, forcing Lancer to higher ground or to move. The weapon has innate three meter punch through, 50% crit chance and a 2x crit multiplier and costs 25 energy per shot. The Longshot also does not suffer from accuracy penalty while hip-firing. While scoped in, the Longshot will highlight enemy body parts from which they take increased damage (limbs for the Ancients, head for humanoid, etc). Longshot benefits from your primary weapon mods. His other three abilities also affect the Longshot: a. Marksman: Doubles the base damage of the Longshot but doubles it's energy cost to 50 energy per shot for the following five shots. b. Deadeye: The Longshot will double the damage dealt to the enemy's weak spots if they are highlighted by Deadeye c. Patient Predator: You will not lose the stacks if you stop aiming, rather the stacks will slowly degrade while you are not aiming. Missing a shot still consumes all stacks. Killing enemies with a headshot will not consume any stacks if the Longshot is active He is designed to be the type of Warframe that stays behind and kills enemies with a shot from far away while also providing back up to his allies in the front line. Comments and feedback are highly encouraged. Be respectful, please :) Also, my previous concept: Edited August 11, 2016 by (PS4)LoisGordils
bl4ckhunter
exalted weapon and RNG based defence = NOPE! the rest seems solid enough imo

Seems pretty generous to me. I didn't go for invisibility because too many Warframes already have it
aleco247
This would be cool, but for snipers in general, I think we need bigger tilesets for them to be more effective than just a regular rifle.

We don't have big enough tiles for sniper gameplay.
