Steam starts Launcher very slow

Since the last Windows 10 Update, Steam starts the Warframe Launcher very slow. I have also verified the files from steam and new updatet, but no change. The problem remains.

I'd recommend refreshing your steam installation with this guide: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3134-TIAL-4638

It's pretty easy to do and shouldn't affect your games or settings in steam

 

Also if you just updated windows 10 your might've gotten the anniversary update, so you'll want to disable the "Game DVR" if you did

A lot of people including myself have noticed framerate issues like stuttering or halved refresh rates with the game dvr so just make sure it's off.
