I think you mean Mars, for Ruks claw. Phobos no longer has the settlement tile set.

Last I checked they changed with time, not sure exactly how long the cycles are though, at one point it was 5 hours but I think they reduced it at some point.

Found hiercon to be great for the frostleaf.  look for the crevasse section with the containers above, 39 in 2 spots like that.
