Unresponsive UI while dead with Steam Controller

I know that Controllers aren't much popular when talking about PC, but when there's a bug, it's a bug

I you die while doing Conclave, you can't do nothing on the respawn screen if not waiting the auto respawn timer. Can't change loadout, can't prematurely respawn. The only way I have, as a user of Steam Controller, to change loadout, is exit and re-enter a game.

For clarification, for "Respawn Screen" I mean the one visible in the spoiler.

It's the same thing for PVE; you can't revive when you die.

That can be easily fixed if you put "Enter" as a command somewhere. For me it worked.

I've used this workaround for a while now. Still broken and unfixed for what feels like aeons (since Inaros was added pretty much)
