many said it can be acquire from alert mission with "?"

but it's not random at all. it's fix!

the boss from pluto only drop excalibur blueprint now.

Here's the full list in case you didn't see, and yeah it's only acquirable through alert missions. I believe it's random though, you can get useless blueprints even from Pluto, and I think I found a Heat Dagger once from an alert in Venus or somewhere close.

you know i have about

-3 heat dagger blueprints

-4 ceramic dagger bp

-2 dark dagger bp

-2 jaw sword bp

and no sign of heat sw, beam sw *sad face*

and yes i've check the list you gave ty

but you should know that i do all alert mission with "? reward" in it (me and my friends wait for it every hours in a day so none of those mission is missed)

so ;( keep wait for it? depend on the server that when they will give the blueprint i need as the reward?

AFAIK there are no game servers - it's P2P. And yes, you have to wait. Sooner or later it will pop-up.

Maybe it's rare just like the fire mods, who knows. All we can do is wait and complain :P I wish to find one as well.
