Electric Dual Stat Mods

Currently, all of the dual stat mods, except the half of the electric ones are attainable in-game. Corrupted Vor drops the toxin ones, Spy missions drop the cold and heat ones, but the only electric dual stats mods that are attainable in-game are High Voltage (Rifle) and Shell Shock (Shotgun), which are a 4.5% drop from the third container in a single Hive Sabotage mission on Eris. The other two electric mods, Jolt (Pistol) and Voltaic Strike (Melee) are only available from Baro Ki'Teer (the other electric mods are also available from him), but of course, that depends on when they actually show up in his inventory.

DE, would it be possible to have these mods added into the drop tables somewhere, and maybe expand the drops of the ones in the single Hive Sabotage? I don't know exactly where they might fit, but I'm sure that there's somewhere that would be appropriate.
