mission summary overlaps relic reward ui

was at extraction waiting for the last player, was holding tab to check how many traces i got then suddenly the prime part reward ui pops up and now the mission summary overlaps it which results in it being stuck over even tho i let go of tab, afterwards the game shows the connection to host lost which cost me my prime part and radiant relic.

now before you tell me maybe the host disconnected, no. i asked all my other squad mates and they said they didn't get kicked out of the game.

to add insult to injury it was galatine prime handle from my own goshdarn relic.
