Missing Codex Entries

Around the time of the Specters of the Rail update various codex entries have either been bugged or are missing. This can be seen in both the objects and enemies section of the codex. In the objects section to my knowledge two entries that are still present are broken, the infested tumor and security camera entries are both set permanently at one scan http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=753376866 if their entries were completed before the bug both appear completed when scanned http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=753376835 http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=753376795 There are also various other entries that are bugged in the enemy section of the codex. All 13 of the bugged entries in the enemy section are currently missing from the codex. These entries are the J3-Golem, Jordas Golem, Mutalist Alad V, Chroma, Infested Mesa, Darvo, Maroo, Arcane Boiler, Vem Tabook, Mutalist Toxic Carrier, Mutalist Lightning Carrier, Attack Mutalist and Armored Roller. The entries for these entities do not seem to be deleted, upon inspecting any of these entities they will still glow green as if their entries are completed.
