Autoreload Triggers Involuntary Weapon Switch

I have not had this issue before any of the more recent updates. When firing my secondary weapon, if I run out of ammo, and while having no ammo am stunned or use a skill (anything that precludes actions) my weapon automatically switches to primary, even if I have ammo remaining in ammo pool for secondary. I'm not sure, but it may happen because I try to fire while ammo is at 0. However, I am not always watching ammo count, and sometimes I am not counting shots either. The autoswitch forces me to switch back before I can begin reloading, which is often problematic and distracting. Has anyone else encountered this bug?
