UI feature request: "Practice or real test?" for mastery test prompt

A lot of people are simply unaware that the possibility of practicing for your mastery test exists, and even for the ones that are, the practice rooms are literally as far away from the loading point of the relay as it's possible to get. Not convenient.

My suggestion: When a player goes to the main menu and the game indicates that they qualify for their next mastery test, clicking that button should bring up a prompt:

You have gained enough mastery to achieve your next rank. Would you like to:

• Take qualifying test for next rank. If you fail, you must wait 24 hours to try again.
• Practice the test. You may practice as many times as you want.
• Cancel.

I even think you shouldn't be able to practice it at all.

Well, umm, you can press conclave in the menu when you load the relay to cut a big part of the map.

But otherwise, yes I agree, we also need a button for simulacrum in the Orbiter, it'd also reduce the load on relays

The Sanctuary is used much more than the Conclave, I'm sure of it.

Yeah I can support that, think I've been in conclave like twice...where as I'm constanly going to cephalon to get new scan targets (why there isn't a quick link on the ship I have no idea)
