Downed Bursa and Mind Control

If Bursa was Mind Controlled in downed state and then hacked, disabling Mind Control makes it hostile again. Killing Bursa second time doesn't leave a body.
I think I have few solutions for this bug:

1) Don't let Nyx control downed Bursa;
2) Lock Bursa's AI after hacking so it won't become hostile by any reason;
3) Mind Control revives Bursa like if it was hacked normally;
  3.1) Mind Control revive will affect Bursa's life time by ability duration (disabling Mind Control will kill Bursa), also applies Mind Freak buff it Nyx uses it;
  3.2) Or it will not be under control and Mind Control will just revive Bursa (without applying Mind Freak even if it's installed)
