I was sitting front row, and just to give a bit of context, he was at least NOT the ugliest dude there. I know that's not saying much considering it's PAX but it did soften the experience a bit.

 

Also the audio of the video doesn't do the crowd's reaction justice. In the video it's almost like a relatively calm "wuuut?" reaction, but in the ballroom it was more like "OMG UGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"

It's funny because 90% of the people who shame the guy are probably those who wanted to ask the same question the most.
