(PSN)LoisGordils
Hey, guys! Conspiracy theory time >:) If you guys check the stats of some weapons via the Warframe app, you'll notice that their stats (particularly their base damage) have been drastically modified. The Opticor, for example has base 1,000 damage (850 Puncture, 100 Impact and 50 Slash). In the Warframe App, the Opticor has 1955 Puncture, 230 Impact and 115 Slash for a massive 2,340 points of base damage. The Daikyu normally has a base damage of 350 (210 Puncture, 70 Slash and Impact), base 15% Crit Chance and a 45% Status Chance. In the app, the Daikyu has 805 base damage (483 Puncture and 161 Slash and Impact), base 25% Crit Chance and a 15% Status Chance. Not all are buffs, however, the Dread had its damage increased to 600 (540 Slash and 30 Impact and Puncture), but its Crit Chance was reduced to 25% (was originally 50%). The Paris Prime also followed in this path. What I perceive of this is that weapons got Serration/Hornet Strike/Pressure Point already implemented in them (some even got a bit more of an increase), as stated by DE. Others also received a buff in terms of critical stats (Daikyu) while others got nerfed to help balance out critical potential. I also assume that these changes come with a fix to enemy scaling in order to help accommodate to them.

It's not the first time something gets leaked in the app first. The Dex Sybaris was leaked via the app
Zagrax
Well, increasing the opticor that much isn't the 165% that serration offers..it's slightly under, but the mod slot we'd gain would likely make up for that. (as long as they don't remove heavy caliber as well)

The Opticor would have the highest base damage of all weapons :

Primed Pressure Point was never meant to happen. It was a mistake as stated by the Devs on one of the recent Devstreams. They will.most likely remove them and refund players who invested in them. Since the goal is to remove mandatory mods to allow more diversity in modding

I think they'll just compensate these mods with endo or legendary cores.

Because last I checked it was only vaguely mentioned as something they were kinda maybe thinking about, and then it was never mentioned again. I certainly haven't heard any real specifics. MirageKnight
So as you level up a weapon, it'll do more damage and such.
