there fine at the state there in, and we got prime fury, berserk, and chanaling speed mod(forget name) for just base mods, then there valkyr and volt to make it stupid fast. it makes all slow weapons become speed mechins. and fragor prime still hits like a truck on steroids even know its slow and vary small range. theres balance to some digree in dmg and mastery

These are HEAVY weapons. There is no need to make them swing faster. They already do a lot of damage when they hit; Fragor Prime (Which is SLOWER than the normal Fragor, mind you) still hits like a truck, and can get to insane attack speedss with P.Fury and Beserker, Galatine is the same way, with just a fury on it, I had no problem with it's attack speed.

These are weapons that many players use, but still remain a bit slow even with prime fury.  The ideal speed of such a weapon, is at 1.55 like sancti magistar has and i would like to see this changed on the above mentioned weapons as well.

These are Heavy melee weapons... note the emphasis on "Heavy", please. Such weapons tend to require both hands to wield, or require the wielder to be stupidly strong to utilize with a single-hand... they are supposed to be slow in comparison to other melee weapons. That's the penalty for using them. On the tradeoff, you get high (for melee) damage per swing, a fairly wide AOE on slam attacks, and stances for them generally include knockdown/stagger immunity or resistance in their combos.
