What is the best combination of UNrefined Relics and Mission Types for each era?

 

My goal is to maximize Ducat output while keeping time-in-mission as low as feasibly possible.

your best bet would be capture or exterminate lith fissures, regardless of the era it will always be the same ducat values...

also you'd be getting 15 ducats per part all the times unless you can get 45 or 100 once in a while

as far as i know, all common prime parts are 15 ducats, uncommon are 45, and rare is 100. so there's no best combination (though dont quote me on that, some vaulted parts might be worth more)

As long as the relic doesn't have Forma in its drop table. Also Exterminate or Capture missions would be best for speed runs.

The best relic for ducat farming is probably Axi V3. The reason being that it has no forma drops and one of its common drops is a Trinity Prime Neuroptics, which is worth 25 ducats, unlike most other commons which are worth 15. The net gain you get from using Axi V3s might not be much, but it's something.

Yes. The other good ones are Lith F2, Lith V1, and Axi N3 - they can drop the 25 ducat Paris Prime Upper Limb in the common rotation.

Parts with goofy values:

Paris Prime Upper Limb	Lith F2 Common Lith V1 Common Meso S1 Uncommon Neo S2 Uncommon Axi N3 Common	‍25
Trinity Prime Neuroptics	Neo D1 Uncommon Axi V3 Common	‍25

 

Note, that Lith F2 has been vaulted - but the vaulted part (Hikou Prime Stars) is also on the common rotation.
