Do you have a DE post for that? Steve's posts have indicated it should be coming sooner than that.

Look at the community hot topics. Code work is done, it's now in testing and totally-not-a-promise schedule is "a few more weeks".

Which is precisely why "it's in U9" seems contradictory to me. Posts last week and this week indicate Dojo fixes are coming imminently, but U9 has only really been discussed in the livestream and it did not seem to be imminent.

Changes:

- Changes to Streamline Mod: cost reduction is now linear.

Tested, started a mission with Rank 5 Streamline equipped (30%)

Used 100 Energy power.

Power went from 100 to 29, not 30!

Think you got a rounding error in there.

Please forward to Devs Rebecca, thank you.

Those will be included in the U9.

U9 is still very far away I believe, which means "a few weeks" should definitely be before U9.

Either way, including the fix for the central flaw of U8 IN U9 would seem kind of silly, regardless of the obviously large amount of work that needs to be done. DE wouldn't want people to be an entire update behind would they?

Precisely.
