I've been sort of bummed out by the HUGE lack of bugfixes, and i have to say, this addressed nearly ALL of my issues with the numerous bugs so far. Nothing but applause from me. Will add to Update notes. Some better numbers here: If Max Streamline is (X)30%, so it will actually be (X)30 less cost. Will add to Update notes. What she meant is this, the efficiency of the mod was at around 77% before, so at -30% reduction [maxed] your ultimate [i.E.-100 NRG] would cost you 77 energy. With this linear fix, I'm assuming it now only costs you 75 NRG [i.E 75% efficiency], not a huge deal imo, but it is nice to not have to ocd on my powers to get them even now.
