Best Relic Farming Locations (All Tiers)

Alright, so I haven't really farmed for relics much since SotR dropped and after running a lot of Fissure missions and with endless-style fissures coming up (if the latest Devstream is anything to go by) I want to get my stores back up. So I was wondering what are some of the best relic farming locations for the various tiers? I would like 2 or 3 suggestions per tier if possible (Since Heiracron can get a bit monotonous after a while; same with ODD). Thanks in advance!

Hydron - Sedna Defense
Hieracon - Pluto DS Excavation
Kala-Azar - Eris Defense

Axi
Hydron - Sedna Defense
Hieracon - Pluto DS Excavation
Kala-Azar - Eris Defense

For Lith and Meso I go to Odin (Mercury) - Lith are rotation A, Meso B & C.
For Neo and Axi I go to Xini (Eris) - Neo are rotation A, Axi B &C.

In both cases you have good chance for relic on every wave.

By far one of the best neo / axi farms is Xini Eris, an infested interception.  Far faster than defense and the rotations have a lot less junk in them them then Hieracon does.
