Is there a cap on Riven mod reroll price?

Sitting at 1300 atm, not sure if I want to invest more time in Kuva farming for Zhuge mod.

There is a cap of reroll number.
You can only reroll a mod 3 times for 900, 1000 and 1300 Kuva.

Thanks, then Ill leave one with crit damage at expense of recoil, and hope to get another one soon, I guess.

Aaand thats false. I can keep rerolling after the 3rd time.

3rd time is 1300, 4th is 1800, 5th - 2500, 6th - 3400

Next question: does trading a Riven mod reset the Cycle cost for the new owner?

*edit* Apparently it doesn't.  I had one that cost 2500 to Cycle, traded it to a clanmate, and they told me that its Cycle cost was 2500.  They traded it back to me and its cost was still 2500.
