The War Within Start

So my gaming PC broke and I won't be able to play for a couple of days. I do however have Warframe installed on my non-gaming laptop. I want to log in real quick to do a few quick things, but I've heard that TWW starts as soon as you meet all the requirments (which I do) and log in. So I do not want to start TWW without my normal gaming PC. So am I safe to log on real quick to do something or not?

This. Like all other quests (other than Natah if I remember correctly), you need to start it from your codex.
