Well if you drank it then it's most likely your father that said "Hey kiddo! What took you so long" The tenno's father is the only one who said Kiddo according to what I have seen people saying about the codex readings. So it's not really a bad thing.

Well, unless that voice and the trance we went into was the Void.

The remaining queen wouldn't have called us "kiddo".

Tenno parents called the Tenno "kiddo" on the Z10-0, so either that's their parents (speaking to them from the void), or it is the void. 

It's practically the same thing if the void absorbed their minds when they lost sanity. 

I don't think the kuva is the queen's blood.

So I just watched some vids of the other endings. Even if you didn't drink the blood, Ballis talking inside of you still happens but just with different dialogue. So It's him for sure.
