War within quest problem

Hi there lads!

I have an issue regarding the last update and that is the following: I didn't recevied any messages in my inbox regarding the War Within mission although I've completed the second dream quest (i heard that you need to do this in order to move on the War Within quest).

So can you please help me and give me some advices on what to do(maybe I forgot something)? As a addition that in my opinion is not corelated with this is that I started the mission for Titania warframe, but didn't finished it yet. Is this to blame of what is happening with my message for the War Within quest?

 

And lastly I hope this cathegory is proper for the request that i've made.
