Mesa glitching and not being able to melee

I have had this problem for a while. While playing missions, I can be meleeing and use a ability, when i stop the ability, it will glitch and I can't melee. I have tried using /unstuck but it doesn't work. The only way I can get back to be able to melee is to let myself die and then respawn which causes me to use one of my 4 lifes for the mission and lose some of my affinity.
