No affinity after a mission (Probably bug on Operators)

So I ended my excavation Mission and right in the Extraction I decided to switch into my operator to run around, but every member got there as soon as I switched and got no affinity nor focus after the mission.

As can be seen, I died 0 times and got every other rewards from the quest. But no affinity at all. I tried logging out but my weapons were at the same levels they were before the mission.

Yeah, for some reason Affinity and Reactant aren't shared properly between Operator and Warframe, in that if the mission ends while you're in operator form, it acts as if you never got any affinity/reactant the entire mission.
