Using [spoiler] removes Rep and XP obtained

so if I use transference and turn to the operator during a mission, at the mission end I won't get any reputation with syndicates, although I have sigil on, and no XP for equipment, if I complete the mission without using it, things go normal, please fix, I miss using my operator ;-;
