RS219
Conventionally, the Twin Rogga are dual flintlocks with only one shot each before needing to reload. Assuming that no ammo capacity mods are added, how about a separate animation where if only one of two shots are fired, the Warframe quickly flips only the fired Rogga and to go back to 2/2 shots? If mods are added, as long as less than 50% of the total clip is depleted will trigger this effect? How does that sound? IMO I'm just finding it a bit of a waste that you have to reload both pistols just because you fired one.
djternan
The mechanic exists so it shouldn't be too painful to add. They used it to ruin the Strun series of shotguns.

This would discourage building for larger clips, but prioritizes reload speed.

Got a 3 round 1sec reload on these ATM, would love to reload a single shot in less than half a second.
