well i guess they are noticeable and useful to some lol, Guess i was wrong.

speed mods are unnecessary and unnoticeable except in defense missions. (just my opinion) on the other hand, stamina is useless... for me.

 

Defense missions are the only time I don't bother running max rush - unless I can't be bothered to take it off.  If you've ever played Loki or Ash, and you HAVEN'T used rush and marathon, you're missing a large part of this game.
