API questions for app Idea

Hey, I'm not sure where to ask or put this but basically I had an idea for a Quality of Life web app that just needs read only permissions and am wondering if there is some public API I can use to be able to actually make the app?

For now, you can freely access to the world state, used by the game:

• PC: http://content.warframe.com/dynamic/worldState.php
• PS4: http://content.ps4.warframe.com/dynamic/worldState.php
• Xbox One: http://content.xb1.warframe.com/dynamic/worldState.php

Some libraries already exists and used around the world, like Genesis, a Discord bot or the Deathsnacks' webapp.
Also, if you are familiar with JS/Node.js, a world state parser already exists, you can use/adapt for your usage: https://github.com/aliasfalse/warframe-worldstate-parser

For the rest, like trials and dedicated servers stats, you still need to extract the data by parsing pages.

Thank you that helps, but I was thinking something more along the lines of querying for player specific data tbh but it sounds like that doesn't exist at the moment. I might just look at this and figure out something extra from the worldstate.
