Slow(er) Notching Animation for Bows

     After the release of the War Within content update, I almost immediately realized that the notching (loading) animation on bows has become sluggish.  So much so that it is not in sync with when the player is able to draw/charge the bow due to there being no affect on the actual rate-of-fire.  However, this can cause the notching animation to overlap over the draw animation; while the string itself is drawn, the player's arm (along with the arrow in hand) do not follow the draw animation and remain in a resting position.
