Purchased the nekros prime access pack but did not receive cosmetics

Not sure how this even happened or what to do. Tried submitting a ticket Friday but never got a reply.

To be more specific I did not receive the uru prime syandana and the acanthus prime armor that are advertised to come with the purchase. Help plz?

Support tickets take more than a day to respond.  It could be a week or more before they answer.  Did you buy both packs?  The accessories are only in the accessories pack and are NOT included in the pack that has the warframe and weapons in it.

yeah its very misleading but as loki1211 says you only get the cosmetics in the accessories pack unfortunately :(

there are 2 prime packs for what i remember
1. nekros tigrisprime and galatine prime + plats
2. uru prime sayandata + acantus armor+ plats + boosters.

what pack did you buy?

Before you buy something, it helps to read the product description. It tells you exactly what you get with the purchase. If you bought the Prime Access, you bypass having to farm for the prime parts. If you buy Prime Accessories, you get the cosmetics, not the weapons/warframe.
