Possible Alert Rewards Bug?

I'm not exactly sure if its a bug or not, but lately when I have been doing alert missions, I look in my rewards tab in the "mission complete" log to see what I got. One of my rewards was Serration. So when I looked through my mods list, it was nowhere in sight. Does anybody else have this issue or is it something I may not be seeing?

There was a thread a few days ago regarding the loss of mission rewards and XP, that seemed to have been fixed. However, I just played a regular mission (after completing an alert - that one was my daily first) that I didn't receive any XP or pickups for.

It appears the problem might have resurfaced :\

Same problems here, not just for alert missions but for any missions.  No affinity, no money, no mods, no rewards.
