It's simpily finding the theme idea that would refresent the frame. Every frame has great ideas and you can't rush the artist if nobody can single out 1 idea they like. KuroShiranui Posted November 19, 2016 Share Posted November 19, 2016 (edited) From what I can assume, OP was asking where are the deluxe skins for Volt and Ember, and as such have forgotten that Mag also do not have a deluxe skin yet as well. Edit: Oh, so Mag is in progress as well. We can only wait. It doesn't seem to be tied in anything, just depending on DE. Mag deluxe skin concept: Spoiler So Volt and Ember are the only ones without a confirmed concept for a deluxe skin. ---------------- Overall they aren't given deluxe skins in a certain order, it depends on what the concepts artists come up with for deluxe skins and how they vary from the default frame while still keeping the "theme" of the warframe.
