Rhino Iron Skin

As of late I noticed my Iron Skin has stopped protecting me from certain things. Like I can still be slowed with cold, and the bersa flashbang still affects me. I thought his iron skin was supposed to stop everything till it ran out?

It doesn't stop all forms of CC, certain ones go through iron skin just like certain attacks pierce snow globe (blue moa I. e) .  Toxin clouds and alot of other stuff is still blocked.

It'll stop cold procs but won't stop the slow from mutalist patches or orokin freeze lanes. Basically consider it as stopping procs rather than CC.

I consider it simply as extra health or shields- except in the case that it negates procs and the grabbing from scorpions and ancients.
